Overview
This document is an outline of our TOS and your agreement to the use of our
product. There will be a signature required to move forward as protection on both ends.
This document will outline the rules and regulations of the rules regarding the item you
are purchasing. Please be sure you read thoroughly to make sure there will be no legal
issues in the future.
Credit and Copyright
The copyright and rights will belong to [Whats The ThymeStudios LLC] All credit
excluding character design and concept unless also produced by the studio. If prompted
please give proper credits. [Whats The ThymeStudios LLC] Holds credit for the creation
however may not reuse assets unless gaining explicit permission from the owner of the
file (you or another buyer). This will not apply to publicly available prints on
Whats The ThymeStudio's websites. Assets from these websites can be reused and edited
upon request.
Ownership and Resale
The print is specific to you or your project. You may resell the printed base if you
decide not to do anything with it. You may NOT 3d scan the file to replicate the print.
You may use the base for commissions or any sort or personal project.
Payment and Payment Plans and Refund policy
We offer a range of payment platforms and payment plans. I offer the following apps
and Payment Plans provided below.

You may choose any from this list. Any other offer may be denied. We specifically ask; NO GIFT
CARDS. Trades can be accepted however this is not our preferred method.

Taxes and Complexity Fees: Taxes will be accounted for in the price quote and will
apply to every order. Complexity fees may apply to projects with asymmetrical pieces,
multiple parts or special requests not traditionally offered in our commission options.
These will all be factored into your price.
Product Shipment: No product will be sent until payment is completed. To maintain
work flow, screenshots will be sent as updates, however no files or items will be
shipped until Payment is confirmed to be received. We may hold your project if you
need time to pay for shipping.
Refund Policy: Orders may be refunded in early stages however the full refund may
not be received for compensation for our time and work. The following chart will
outline baseline refund percentages at different production stages.

Reworking program:
If for any reason there is a need for a refund at a late stage point
in production we reserve the right to reuse the base file OR print.
Base File: Whats The ThymeStudios is required to change the base to avoid the project
looking the same as the canceled order. The structure will be over all changed to look
different from the previous project. This version may be listed and sold as a premade on
our websites.
Prints: Whats The ThymeStudios reserves the right to sell the printed base at a
discounted price to another buyer if "you" the buyer back out after the base is done.
This is to prevent waste and to insure the base is used.

This file is STRICTLY for Personal Use ONLY. The file is to be printed for
yourself and your own project ONCE. The product or file may NOT be sold to anyone
or given away even for free. You may use the file for ONE commission or personal
project. In the case you'd like to reuse the base or sell it you will be REQUIRED to
purchase a Commercial rights base file. If you originally bought a Personal use file you
may upgrade to a Commercial rights base file in the future if desired.
